Kenyan upcoming hip hop rappers Boutross and Asum Garvey have become a hot topic on local music charts after the release of their latest banger, Safi.
The duo is part of the controversial Kenyan music group, AD Family, and according to many fans, Safi is one of their best works so far. The official song is produced by Dede and Musau while the music video is directed by Mike Lolly P.
Boutross, though still fresh in the industry, is not new to many local music fans and is well-known for his epic verse in the hit song Khali Cartel 2.1.
Asum Garvey, on the other hand, is a new face in the AD Family and being his first major release, Safi is a great start for the young rapper. Together, Boutross and Asum Garvey are a classic trapper team and Safi is a clear showcase of real talent in good trap music.
AD Family is slowly starting to gain momentum in the local hip hop music charts as the hip hop group continues to release hit after hit.
The group has already established a unique signature in their music and many believe that they are the new face of trap music, not only in Kenya but across the continent.
